    Description

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years in the product management arena, with some of that time spent playing in the HRIS or productivity tool sandbox.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and launching products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
    • Not stranger to the tech side of thingsAPIs, workflows, you name it.
    • Can craft PRDs that are clear, concise, and compelling.
    • Team player

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our HRIS and productivity tools align with our clients' digital transformation goals.
    • Write comprehensive PRDs to articulate user experience designs and technical specifications clearly.
    • Plan and manage API data workflows for third-party integrations, facilitating seamless data exchange and enhancing product functionality.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define product strategy and prioritize features based on market and customer insights.
    • Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and industry analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.
    • Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback from users and stakeholders to guide continuous improvement.
