    Procurement Support Specialist - Lahore, Pakistan - HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally

    Description

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement of Consumer Electronics, E-commerce, Internet, IT or related items.
    • Proficiency with Product Information Management Systems and Purchasing Systems required.
    • Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with inventory management and procurement best practices is advantageous.
    • Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • SKU Information Management: Utilize ERP systems to accurately create and maintain product SKUs, ensuring consistency and completeness of product data. Communicate with channel partners to receive the listing information & ensure the right mapping across partners ERP system with ours.
    • Purchase Order Management: Generate and release purchase orders in alignment with purchasing requirements and procurement guidelines. Verify purchase order details, including quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
    • Receiving: Oversee the receiving process within our systems, reconciling incoming shipments with purchase orders and addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly with external and internal vendors.
    • Purchase Order Tracking: Own & monitor end to end purchase journey from opening till closure to ensure timely execution. Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays promptly.
    • Support on building system requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate requirements for procurement systems.
    • Data Integrity: Uphold the integrity and accuracy of procurement data within our systems, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, inventory management, and finance teams, to support efficient procurement operations and achieve organizational objectives.
