    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • TO MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF SALES, REVIEW PRODUCTS BROCHURES/PUBLICATIONS AND ATTEND INTERDEPARTMENTAL SALES MEETINGS WHENEVER REQUIRED.
    • TO IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY ANALYZING PROSPECTS AND EVALUATING THEIR POSITION IN THE INDUSTRY AND RESEARCHING SALES OPTIONS.
    • TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE, COSTS, DELIVERY AND SPECIFICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND LIAISE WITH SUPPLIERS TO CHECK THE PROGRESS OF EXISTING ORDERS (IF REQUIRED).
    • TO ASSIST HOD IN DETAILED PROPOSAL INCLUDING OFFERS, TENDER DOCUMENTATIONS, REGISTRATION ETC., AS PART OF A FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS THAT IS LARGELY DICTATED BY THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER.
    • TO SUPERVISE, MANAGE AND MOTIVATE TEAM MEMBERS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE DEPARTMENTAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS. ASSIGN OR DELEGATE TASKS TO TEAM MEMBERS FOR THEIR GROOMING.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

    • B.E + MBA preferred

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

    • B2B EXPERIENCE OF 2-4 YEARS
