    Description

    Requirements:

    • A background in computer science, or a related field.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and project management within a software development or tech environment.
    • Familiarity with AI technologies and applications to effectively communicate with both clients and technical teams.
    • Understanding of AI and software development processes to accurately assess client needs and communicate them to the development team.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting proposals.
    • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects successfully.
    • Strong sales skills to negotiate and close deals, with an understanding of the software development life cycle to craft compelling proposals.
    • Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales or project phases, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage them through initial consultations, and understand their needs.
    • Collaborate with the client to define their requirements clearly.
    • Work closely with the development team to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
    • Finalize agreements and facilitate the on boarding process to kick-start the project.
    • Convert client business requirements into clear, actionable development objectives.
    • Ensure that there is alignment between client expectations and project goals throughout the development process.
    • Lead kickoff meetings, maintain regular communication with clients, and hold follow-up discussions to keep the project on track.
