- Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support projects/services and day to day office operations. This could include recording and managing data electronically or manually
- To ensure Vendors PR /PO created timely according to the compliance and paid according to set timelines
- Month-end activities around P2P services by processing invoices / posting GRs and coordination with P2P team .
- Coordinate office activities such as transport management, Line management of drivers / managing office events, etc
- Provide support in vendor management according to the contract and ensuring agreed KPI meeting took place .
- Inventory management ( keeping the inventory Updated addition deletion )
- Petty cash Handling according to the guidelines.
- Ensuring consignment clearing (imports)
- Office stationery Management
- EFT data sharing quarterly with concerned Team
- Ensuring Tea and coffee arrangements are in place .
- Supervision of House keeping
- Capable of Data Analysis in Excel
Note: This is contractual third party position of 10-12 months -
