  • Successful project management of joint security ventures between Army and civil at Sahiwal District like Security of Qadirabad Coal Power Project, High Prison Jail and conduct of multifarious security related Operations (General Census and By Elections etc) • Proven experience of liaison with Foreign Embassies and local civil administration authorities 
  • At various appointments remained involved with various international, regional and Local OEMs responsible for military security equipment to Pakistan Army • Interaction with Defence Attaches of Foreign Embassies for extending invitation, reception, provision of boarding and lodging and security to Foreign Contingents for participation in national level mega event - Joint Services Pakistan Day Parade (23rd March)

  • Executive Director (As Brigadier) - August 2017 till 2021, Personnel Services Directorate, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi - Responsible for:- • Planning, coordination and Administration / Conduct  of all Parades and Ceremonies at International / National / Tri Services and Army Levels including mega event of Joint Services Pakistan Day Parades (23rd March each year) 
  • Execution of Investiture Ceremonies at National / Army levels - Distribution of Honours and Awards 
  • Army Dress Matters - Executive Director and member of Army Dress Committee • Discipline of Young Officers (Captain and below) - Profiling, punishment and addressing their family / matrimonial issues 
  • Maintenance of Army Bands (Pipe and Brass). Conduct of Army Band Competitions at Tri Services level every year. Executive Head of Army School of Music Abbottabad
  • Processing and issue of Army Licences to all Army Personnels (officers and soldiers through Ministry of Interior (MoI) and NADRA

  • Senior Managing Director (As Brigadier) - August 2015 to August 2017 - Mechanized Infantry Brigade Commander at Okara - Responsible for:-  Managing complete HR cycle  / Administration of over 2700 persons while remaining under overall parameters of the higher headquarters . Ensure safety and security of individuals, assets, infrastructure. Maintaining close liaison with establishments in the area of responsibility for administration, security and employment in case of natural calamities or disasters .Supervising activities of the under command establishments . Conduct of special assignments related to security of installations and administrative facilities.
  • Major Contributions . Development of state of the art Army level training facility near to Multan . Uplift / renovation of all training facilities at Okara Cantonment . Conduct of Army / Corps level training exercises focusing on operational role of the Brigade . Remained Chief Security Officer of Okara Garrison. Devised and implemented modern / technological oriented security plan .Foolproof provision of security to Qadirabad Coal Power Project and High Prison Jail Sahiwal . Close interaction with civil administration authorities to maintain security situation in Sahiwal District. Executed number of joint sweep and search and Intelligence Based Operations . Execution of ‘Winning Hearts and Mind’ Drive in Sahiwal District in close cooperation with civil administration. A few main cardinals of the drive were establishment of Free Medical Camps, Celebration of National Days, Sports Events, Medical treatment of poor populace and distribution of free rations to deserving citizens.
  • Senior Deputy Managing Director as an Deputy Brigade Commander - Jun 2013 to Jun 2015 (South Waziristan and Khyber Agencies). Responsible for:-  Assisting the establishment in its safety and security of individuals, assets, infrastructure . Maintaining close liaison with establishments in the area of responsibility for administration, security and employment in case of natural calamities or disasters . Special focus on anti terrorism activities in tribal areas . Major Contributions  - South Waziristan Agency . Security of complete Shakai Valley against terrorists . Plan and executed number of large scale tactical and intelligence based operations. Initiated and ensured rehabilitation plan for the Displaced Population of the area . Execution of welfare measures for the local populace like renovation of schools, medical dispensaries establishment of vocational training centres for women, fruit tree plantation, cattle farming projects etc . Khyber Agency. Plan and conducted large scale clearance operations against terrorists in Khyber and Tirah Valleys. After clearance of valleys, ensured foolproof security of both valleys • Military Observer (2004 - 2005) UN Mission in Congo, Responsible for:-  As team leader of Military Observer Cell (Kinshasa) and Team Site (Kindu) responsible for HRM of own team members and multiple team sites comprising military observers of various nationalities. Tasks assignments to team members / sites in line with the instructions and guidelines received from UN Headquarters in Kinshasa, Congo. Deputy Managing Director and Human Resource Manager - Sep 1990 till Dec 2011. Miscellaneous duties performed as an Army Officer at various appointments and ranks. Headed multiple outfits and groups in various time frames ranging from 150-200 employees and besides their HRM / Administration also ensured their operational efficiency, security and management . Efficiency at various appointments ensured through strong leadership and commitment in building highly effective and collaborative teams to achieve assigned tasks . Specialized HRM training from Brazil in multi-lingual HR. Carried out a number of inquiries and fact finding probes in processes of HR management
