    Description
    Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and detailed market analysis of donor-funded development opportunities Establish a network of local and international partners Develop and strengthen collaboration with international partners Provide overall business development support to the Partner/ Director of the Lahore Office Coordinate the preparation of Expressions of Interest submitted to international organizations (ADB, EU, GIZ, WB, UN Agencies, and others), Government tenders, including the final eligible references and relevant supporting documents Stay updated on donor trends and emerging topics relevant to international development projects Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and oversight on client projects Develop and implement business strategies and solutions for clients across various industries Conduct complex analysis and develop recommendations for clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities

    Qualifications:Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International Development) or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5+ years of experience as Business Support, Business Development, Marketing or Partnerships experience in similar development sector industry Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Fluency in written and spoken business English.

    Key Responsibilities:
