    Description

    Position Purpose

    This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bank reconciliation processes, ensure accuracy, process efficiency and compliance with regulatory and company policies.

    Job Description

    • Oversee reconciliation of bank statements with general ledger accounts on a daily basis.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank and internal accounting records.
    • Implement best practices for streamlining reconciliation processes and enhancing efficiency.
    • Lead a team of reconciliation specialists by providing guidance and support for ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.
    • Collaborate with other stakeholders to address reconciliation related issues and drive process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain internal controls for mitigating risks related to bank reconciliation processes.

    Experience and Qualification

    • MBA Finance, CA (Inter), ACMA/ACCA (Part Qualified).
    • 04 to 06 years of relevant experience.

    Specific Requirement

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Comfortable to work from 12 p.m to 9 p.m.
