General: I am a retired Army officer with strong project management skills. Presently I am holding the position of Project Director at two wind power plants including 50MW Sachal Wind Power Plant (client side) and 100MW UEP Wind Power Plant (EBOP contractor). 

50 MW Sachal Wind Power Plant: Here i was involved in due diligence & negotiations with government agencies for signing of Power Purchase Agreement & Implementation Agreement (2014 & 2015). Later, after achieving Financial Close with ICBC, i was deputed as chief controller to supervise and control the EPC contractor during construction process (2016 & 2017). Similarly after COD i was overall head of operations and supervised both O&M contractors (EBOP & Wind Turbine Generators) for 2 years. Being head of operations & HR department, in 2019, i enhanced the capacity & took over EBOP operations after developing own team & full control of related supply chain. Advancing with same spirit in 2020, i developed WTG team & took over WTG O&M with backend support of WTG OEM (Goldwind). This was achieved after creating capacity to conduct Annual/Semi-Annual Maintenance & troubleshooting independently and getting full confidence on dealing with critical equipment. 

100MW UEP Wind Power Plant: In 2022 we created another platform (Renewable Energy O&M Solutions i.e REOS) and took over EBOP operations of UEP. Since the owner of Sachal & REOS are same, so i was deputed to also control these operations in the capacity of Project Director. Till today the operations are being handled professionally and smoothly without encountering major issues.

Education: PMP qualified, Masters in Business Administration & Masters in Telecom Systems (Gold Medal) 

It has been a rewarding journey because i handled a 50MW Wind Power Project from pre-construction stage and lead the team to complete construction phase in April 2017 & again headed the team to control & manage both contractors (EBOP & WTG) during warranty period till 2019. Being of aggressive nature & also being led by project management enthusiasm; i focused my energies on taking over O&M of EBOP & WTG sides and i was able to achieve these milestones successfully in 2019 & 2020 respectively.
