    Processing of Supplier Payments including posting these payments in NetSuite.

    Preparation of Cash Payment Vouchers including posting these payments in NetSuite.

    Preparation of Bank Receipt Vouchers including posting these in NetSuite.

    Bank Reconciliation.

    Preparation of Monthly Withholding Tax Data.

    Preparation of Month Sales Tax Data.

    Maintaining BPV's & CPV's Files

    Qualification Status- Part-Qualified

    at least 1-2 Years (Excluding any Training experience)- (Professionally supervised work environment- Audit firms or Commercial Companies/ Development Sector will be a plus)

    Developed Communication (oral and written) and presentation - both personally and professionally

    Responded to and followed up queries from suppliers in a professional and timely manner.

    First Point of Contact for Suppliers, External Accountants & Auditors.
