Description

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy Company requires the services of a Chief Financial Officer.

Qualification, Experience & Age:

The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (International Federation of Accountants (IFAC)) with at least 10 years relevant experience out of which at least 2-years of experience in the capacity of Head of Finance/CFO. Candidate must have experience of working in a company having total assets of five billion rupees or more.
Maximum age limit is 40 years.

Responsibilities and Skills:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for ensuring appropriate advice to the Board, and management, on all financial matters of NESPAK, for ensuring fiscal health, driving sustainable growth, and for maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.
Overseeing financial planning, costing & taxation, budgeting, financial projections, and supporting tactical initiatives to manage change by implementing the best corporate financial and accounting system.
Identify and mitigate key elements of the Company's Financial risks and if required to raise additional capital to align with NESPAK's strategic goals.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of Public sector financial regulation, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Remunerations & Tenure:

The candidate will be offered competitive compensation up to PKR 1.8 million per month lumpsum salary package commensurate with experience and qualification.
The candidate will be hired on a contract basis initially for 3-years extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual and as per requirement of the Company.
