    Description

    This is a newly created role, working closely with management to safeguard the financial health of the company.

    The candidate will ensure financial systems and processes are followed, financial tasks are completed before deadlines and key stakeholders receive the financial information they need to make sound decisions.

    An important part of the role is to build excellent working relationships with non-financial employees working across H-Tech Supports, so that information needed by the finance team is obtained in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

    Job Description

    • Manage a team of 5 members.
    • Preparation of accurate and timely financial information of multiple entities.
    • Analyse financial data to provide insights into business performance.
    • Manage budgets and forecasts.
    • Oversee and liaise with internal and external audits.
    • Guide tax and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
    • Responsible for full set accounting including daily accounting functions, book-keeping and month-end closing.
    • Prepare monthly consolidated group accounts & financial analysis.
    • Prepare monthly management reports.
    • Join the annual operative budgeting process.
    • Review income tax returns & statutory reports.
    • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by superior.
    • Ensure accurate sales and purchase data, client and vendor billings and timely invoicing.
    • Hands-on experience with Oddo and Excel.
    • Develop and implement financial controls, policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and manage monthly Payroll of multiple entity's employees

    Profile

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting fields in multiple entity environments, audit firm experience will be a plus.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP system Oddo.
    • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good in English and Urdu
