    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
    • Oversee internal audits, external audits, and tax compliance
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
    • Manage cash flow, foreign exchange, and funding requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financials



    Requirements:

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institution
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm (KPMG, PwC(AF Furguson) , EY, or Deloitte)
    • Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis
    • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
