    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
    • Maintain and organize financial records, reports, and documents in both physical and electronic formats. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the finance department. Coordinate communication channels, disseminate information, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Assist with expense tracking, reimbursement processing, and invoice management. Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with procurement activities for Finance department, including coordinating with other relevant functions such as Procurement and Administration, as well as tracking deliveries. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services for Finance department.
    • Support finance department initiatives and projects as needed, such as process improvements, system implementations, and ad hoc analysis. Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance departmental effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with other departments and teams as needed to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with finance department goals and objectives.
    • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for finance department staff. Provide logistical support for training events and track employee participation and progress.
    • Assist in maintaining compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Monitor adherence to established procedures and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary.
