4- Group Financial Reporting  
* Consolidate divisional monthly, quarterly, half year and yearly management accounts and information packs.  
* Prepare and execute group consolidation journals and adjustments.  
* Ensure Investments and Inter company loans are eliminated.  
* Reconcile Goodwill, FCTR and Investment in Joint Ventures.  
* Prepare company and consolidated reporting packs for the preparation of annual Financial Statements.  
* Prepare and consolidate half year and year end forecasts and budgets for subsidiaries and consolidated group.  
  
5- Suppliers and customers  
* Authorizing the supplier payment.  
* Periodical (one to three time) dispatch of customers account statement and reconciliation.  
* Follow-up with customers to get payments in time.  
* Review of open credit customers and implementation of necessary control measures.  
* Ensure that deadlines are met by the sub-ordinates and the team for payment processing and collections.  
  
6- Others  
* Fixed Asset management.  
* Liaise with auditors and ensure audit completion in time  
* Liaise with insurance companies.  
* Establish and negotiate sufficient credit lines and facilities from banks.  
* Creating policies and procedures in accounting as and when required.
