Muhammad Sarfraz Arshad

I am fellow member (FCMA) Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) having ample experience of 19 years the area of finance & banking, accounts, budgeting, tax, treasury, insurance, management financial reporting, costing reports, financial planning and modeling, Business Plan and ERP. I started my career with Sitara Textile Industries Limited, Faisalabad, and worked for 3 years to learn the processing of fabric from grey fabric to printing to finishing and complete accounting. Afterward associated with Zeb Rice (Pvt) Ltd. Then i joined Associated Group and worked in Power sector and Oil & Gas companies where I handled matters pertaining to accounting, finance and budgeting activities during EPC stage and O & M of two projects of values US$ 100 Million and US$ 82 Million and work on EPC and O&M contracts and final reconciliation of accounts with them. I worked in JJVL (Oil & Gas). I am quite capable to handle all payment related matters to local as well as foreign vendors. I also involved in determination of tariff and other related matters. Management had awarded me twice while handling power sector matters. 

I did diploma in IFRS/ IAS and well conversant including IFRS 16. I am quite capable to work independently and discharge my responsibilities under the compliance of law and organization code of business with a view to achieve overall operational and strategic goals of the organization. I have been awarded twice by previous employers and three time by current employer in recognition of my services.
 

I have completed my Director Training Program conducted by ICMA Pakistan under Coder of Corporate Governance.
