    Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the tender process from start to finish, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and managing post-award activities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tender documents, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring terms and conditions are fair, balanced, and legally sound.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of contractual agreements to identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
    • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on tendering processes, contract management, and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

    • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, LAW, OR A RELATED FIELD (MASTER'S DEGREE PREFERRED)

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

    • 4-5 YEARS AT LEAST IN THE RELEVANT INDUSTRY
      ROLE / INDUSTRY SPECIFIC

    • MINIMUM OF 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TENDER MANAGEMENT, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, AND COMPLIANCE, PREFERABLY IN SECURITY & OTHER INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT
