- Processing vendor invoices and debit/credit notes after through verification with all supporting documents, agreements, and quotations.
- Ensure timely processing of rent, utilities, and other bills before due to dates.
- Weekly processing of Reimbursement to employees through SAP concur system.
- Responsible to make monthly schedule related to Accrual, prepayments, deposits.
- Responsible to check all entries are being posted into accurate GL with correct cost center.
- Responsible for vendor reconciliation.
- Proper documentation of vendor invoices and timely submission of withholding taxes related to vendors.
- Analyze the delays at each end (Vendor / relevant department. / finance) and rectify them.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting the provisions and accruals at the end of each month. Also ensuring expenses are accurately reflecting in the system.
- Supporting in Adhoc requests from the Finance lead and Service Line Leadership team
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA, MBA)
- 02-year experience in finance department
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Prior experience in liaising with tax authorities and handling tax audits
- Experience in tax planning, compliance, and reporting for businesses operating.
- Prior SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills/
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
