    Role Overview:

    As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in our growth, focusing on both operational tasks and strategic initiatives:

    - Work with a team of professional accountants, fostering strategic thinking and nurturing future leaders.

    - Manage diverse accounting and financial projects aligned with our growth goals.

    - Prioritize client satisfaction to ensure long-term relationships and continuous service improvement.

    - Prepare comprehensive financial reports, utilizing insights for strategic planning.

    - Streamline and innovate accounting processes, integrating new technologies for efficiency.

    - Focus on team skill development in preparation for future technological advancements in accounting.

    - Drive business development for sustainable, scalable growth.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Finalist), FCCA, or equivalent with 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in international settings.

    - Proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online; experience with Sage300, Xero, and Waves accounting is beneficial.

    - Expertise in financial management, including long-term planning and GAAP knowledge.

    - Experience in the implementation of advanced accounting software and a progressive approach to change.

    - Proven leadership and English communication skills, analytical skills for process improvement, and strategic decision-making.

    - Strong client relationship and team management skills.

    - Ability to manage complex projects effectively, focusing on long-term outcomes.

    Location: Gulberg, Lahore (On-site)

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Lahore: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
    • Working Hours: Mountain Time Zone (8:15 PM to 5:15 AM Pakistan time)
