    Description

    Assistant Manager (Visual Communications)

    • Department: Marketing and Communications
    • Entity: Aga Khan University Hospital
    • Location: Karachi, Pakistan

    The Aga Khan University Hospital is a healthcare institute offering a wide range of medical services under one roof. AKUH operates a tertiary care hospital in Karachi, along with a network of secondary care hospitals, medical centers, clinical laboratories, and pharmacies across Pakistan. Additionally, it provides Home Healthcare Services and medicine deliveries. The hospital supports eligible patients through Zakat and provides Patient Welfare for those in financial need.

    Recognized for its quality and safety, AKUH is accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI) as an Academic Medical Center, with its Clinical Laboratories accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for efficient testing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a visual content strategy for digital assets and collaterals.
    • Create high-quality visual assets reflecting brand messaging.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to associates.
    • Oversee tasks for projects, ensuring high-quality results.
    • Develop print materials aligning with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Collaborate with marketing colleagues for consistent messaging.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Understanding of visual design principles.
    • Knowledge of social media aesthetics.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
