- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and customer invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entry preparation and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- CPA or similar professional certification.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
