    Description
    We are hiring Assistant Manager HR for our client upcoming baby product and furniture brands

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
    • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
    • Training Coordination: Organize training programs and assess employee development needs.
    • Policy Compliance: Aid in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits and support benefit enrollment.
    • Performance Management: Support performance appraisals and help develop improvement plans

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
    • 5 years experience in HR roles.
    • Knowledge of employment laws.
    • Strong communication skills.
