    Description

    The Pro Advisory is a fast-growing organization committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Team. If you are passionate about accounting and possess expertise in QuickBooks Online & Desktop, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

    Job Type: Onsite - Karachi Based

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage client bookkeeping, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Provide support to clients with QuickBooks-related questions and issues.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and customers.
    • Create financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve the company's financial health.
    • Assist with payroll processing.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and QuickBooks Desktop.
    • ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified, Graduates (Accounting & Finance)
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work well with clients and independently.

    Timings:

    Shift #1 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    Shift #2 03:00 PM to 12:00 PM
