Presently, I am working as Head of Internal Audit at South City Hospital (Private) Limited since September 2020. My key achievements with this organization include:

· Reviewed and revamped complete supply chain processes with robust internal controls.

· Revamped internal audit department inducting audit professionals and increasing audit scope throughout hospital.

· Initiated stock adjustment activity to reconcile cent percent physical inventory with system.

· Cleared out dead stocks as well developed SOP for near to expiry stock intimations saving holding cost and cost of stock deterioration.

· Prepared Internal audit manual, Internal audit charter and Internal audit plan for the department.

· Implemented robust controls on GRN processing avoiding duplicate payments or duplicate bill processing

· Identified unethical activities and implemented controls to avoid further asset misappropriation.

• Previously I was associated as Head of Internal Audit at Darul Sehat Hospital and Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry. I was associated with these reputable organizations from July 2018 to August 2020.
• I was also associated with Ebrahim & Co. Chartered Accountants – a member firm of International for 8.5 years in audit and assurance department. In BDO, I had an opportunity of being involved in statutory audits, review engagements and special assignments including review and preparation of financial statements of various listed, public unlisted, medium-sized and small-sized organizations. This exposure to a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of work experience has provided me with an inside view of the key business processes within an organization, risk management procedures, accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance and regulatory as well as accounting framework of an array of industries. Equally important, it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with the traits needed to deal with a variety of situations in an innovative, effective and efficient manner.
