• Inpatient Manager (HOD) - IPD (March 2016 - till date) at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar - Pakistan
  • • Supervising the ward receptionists and maintain efficient functions in wards
    • Supervising the Bed Management Officers and maintaining efficient and equitable allocation of hospital beds
    • Maintaining close collaboration and communication with Inpatient Nursing and Medical Staff
    • In close collaboration with Facilities Manager, ensuring timely repairs to ward buildings and equipment
    • In close collaboration with Materials Manager, ensuring adequate inventory and supplies of non-medical equipment on the wards
    • Monitoring and ensuring the the admission and discharges and the bed status of the ward
