• Prepare monthly, Financial Report. (ERP) .
• Prepare budget for next year 
• Prepare budget forecasts and estimates on monthly.
• Prepare Pay roll Salary, Income Tax & TA/DA of staff
• Prepare bank payment vouchers & post the expenses and other necessary accounting entries in ERP
• Duly review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing payments
• Deal with banks for funds transfers, staff payroll, allowances and other reimbursements
• Ensure deduction of withholding taxes and timely deposit into government treasury
• Mange the financial & administration matters of the meetings, workshops and seminars organized under the Training & Research wing.  
• Planning and managing logistics of Medicine warehouse at District office 
• Purchasing of supplies according to policy;
• Maintain petty cash account and ensure safety and security of cash in safe and transit.
• Maintain proper financial record and filling system according to organization requirements.
• Any other tasks may assign by head of the Department.
• Check & verify all administration and financial record
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconcile
• Maintain Ledger till trail Balance 
• Prepare all withholding tax CPR and monthly e-filling of tax
