. I have more than Thirteen (15) year experience.
- Prepare monthly, Financial Report. (ERP) .
- Prepare budget for next year
- Prepare budget forecasts and estimates on monthly.
- Prepare Pay roll Salary, Income Tax & TA/DA of staff
- Prepare bank payment vouchers & post the expenses and other necessary accounting entries in ERP
- Duly review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing payments
- Deal with banks for funds transfers, staff payroll, allowances and other reimbursements
- Ensure deduction of withholding taxes and timely deposit into government treasury
- Mange the financial & administration matters of the meetings, workshops and seminars organized under the Training & Research wing.
- Planning and managing logistics of Medicine warehouse at District office
- Purchasing of supplies according to policy;
- Maintain petty cash account and ensure safety and security of cash in safe and transit.
- Maintain proper financial record and filling system according to organization requirements.
- Any other tasks may assign by head of the Department.
- Check & verify all administration and financial record
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconcile
- Maintain Ledger till trail Balance
- Prepare all withholding tax CPR and monthly e-filling of tax
