I'm an HR professional with over 5 years in the field of HR. Including Marketing, Customer Service/ Merchandising /Promotional Activities, Corporate Events and Business Communication.

As a thoroughbred professional, I have uniquely identified HR policies as my core competency and forte. I accurately balance my learning with management capabilities and the same is reflected in my experience. It’s my inclination towards corporate challenges and my quest for exposure that has brought me to this interaction. I have also recently passed my IELTS exam.

My passion for administration work and strong interest in the field of Human Resources specifically in the area of Management allows me communicate with every department’s staff. As a young Human Resource officer in Business technology, I am always interested to explore the field of administration and to intellect with everyone.

Human Resource is the only department, which has to communicate and deal with every type of department and every type of employee so I got the position of ‘Assistant Manager HR’. It was a private company who look after the management of shopping mall, where I managed around 500+ employees, has faced daily basis problem from labor to senior employees of the company and has to solve their issues. All the recruitments, KPIs and HR policies applies to them. Perhaps, having a work of load I personally counsel them and communicate in such a kind way to keep them motivated and work with full devotion. Moreover, It connects me them through my training sessions, where I train them to be motivated and be productive with showing their devotion in the job. 
As a thoroughbred professional, I have uniquely identified HRM policies as my core competency and forte. My job role has fundamental responsibilities in which I have to look after all staff’s attendance and payroll through Attendance Management  System, Budgeting according due to that. Main core was Recruitment, I have to conduct hundreds of interviews of candidates and hire the right person for the right position available in the organization. Employees management and Employees engagement were also part of my job, I have to keep a stern eye on all of the employees through staff monitoring and staff selection process. Maintaining HR record as well as brands agreements and correspondence record.

I accomplished my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Sindh Hyderabad, Pakistan. I have sound academic knowledge about the business core courses and specialization with H.R.M in Business administration. After my graduation, right after next month I got a job in my field Human Resource in same field of education. Currently, I am working as an HR Specialist in a multinational company where I set goal for the department and applied strategies accordingly to achieve them all. My passion for administration work and strong interest in the field of Human Resources specifically in the area of Management allows me communicate with every department’s staff.

 After organizing and managing several seminars and social events, I’m well-known and an active social worker in my small town. It starts from building up the team by taking interviews and selecting the right person who fits the eligibility criteria as part of the team, this overall leads towards my interest in H.R.M. I did an internship in Human Resources which was a worthy experience, they found me hard working and offered me a job in HR dept which was a kick start during my bachelor’s degree.

Sincerely seeking an international opportunity which will definitely help me out to achieve my desired goals and will give an overview of all pros and cons related to my career-oriented aspects and future understanding. I would like to pursue Master’s in Business Administration for the better understanding of expansion of business and identify business fundamentals from local to international market from this prestigious university which ensure the higher standard of education and practical exposure to the market.
