Recently retired from Pakistan Navy after completing my tenure. I am Logistics specialist and my 20+ years of experience in this field gave me opportunity to establish network with local and foreign firms for expeditious availability of required stores/equipment. My experties spans over following areas:

Logistics Planning: To ensure that logistics requirements for ashore and afloat units are met efficiently and cost effectively.  This would involve review of the historic data, project future requirement and cater for unseen events. I worked at middle level manager in this position.

Logistics Provisioning: To source the stores and equipment required for the entire PN form local as well as foreign sources. This job allowed me to explore the global market to ascertain the availability of  stores especially communication equipment. I interacted with Chinese, Turkish and German firms and created a network helped me in providing technically efficient stores for PN

Procurement Management: As Director Procurement I was responsible to conclude contract in local and foreign currency up to and equivalent to US D 25M. This duty involved the entire tendering process under PPRA rules. From signing the contract till establishing of Letter of Credit all steps were looked after by me with my team. We committed the entire organizational budget during my tenure in this position 

Contract Management: This position required ensuring the delivery of the stores and equipment at the right time and at right place while respecting the INCOTERMS.

My experience covering the entire spectrum of Supply Chain makes me an appropriate candidate for this position. Given chance I will prove a Force Multiplier

Director Procurement (Navy): Responsible for procurement of store, equipment and platforms for PN form local and foreign sources. 

Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff(Budget and Contract Management): Responsible to ensure that contracted items are delivered and all the mile stones are respected.
