Having more than 24 years of experiences in Educational industry including: educational leadership & management, general administration and management with teaching, training & development besides counseling and the provision of academic support to (candidates/human resources from recruiting to training ) at different levels & as per client need, I have had served renowned & recognized educational organizations ( schools, NGOs,training institutes & universities) in different capacities throughout my career, catered from small industry to a maximum of 2000 students & 200 +staff. Among my major considerations besides, serving as an administrator/ principal, HOD, Coordinator, lecturer teachers trainer and facilitator, worked for SIE (society for international education) as a program officer & experienced academically and administratively the world’s largest program (ENGLISH ACCESS MICROSCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM) for underprivileged students funded by the department of State USA.
Moreover; I have been involved in the development of curriculum, organizational policies, recruitment and supplementary teaching-learning materials that can be used in addition to the course book in different organizations with the revision of their syllabi & modular development. In addition, I have been equipped with the specialty in material development in English Language specifically in CALL /CALT (Computer Assisted language Learning/Teaching) at different levels from abroad apart from other certificates and experiences in my credentials. .Being a seasoned educationist, and equipped with computer skills (office/word) I am holding the degree of M.Phil. M.SC (Biology major Botany) M.A English (Linguistics) from University of Karachi, ADE-ELM (Advance Diploma in Education, Education Leadership and Management) from Agha Khan University IED Karachi, C.O.T.E (ICELT), A (In class TEFL) qualification of (180 hours) from University Of Cambridge England UCLES EFL awarded as a certified English Language Teacher, (TESOL/TEFL) inmaterial development in English language programs from Hawaii Pacific University, USA, and Master teacher Certificate from iEARN –USA. |
