In my previous role at, I honed my therapeutic skills by providing individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. By establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, I have been able to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages personal growth and positive change.

I had done MS Clinical Psychology which is in itself a professional degree related to Clincal Clients of mental health and well-being. Moreover, I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology. I regularly participate in professional development activities, attend conferences, and engage in ongoing training opportunities. This commitment allows me to provide the most current and effective interventions to my clients, while continuously refining my own skills.
