I am a professional food technologist. My qualification is DAE Food Science & Technology from GCT Faisalabad. I have been associated with food industry with 3.5 years with 3+ years experience in Raw material/Packing material testing, handling and consumer related quality standards of Baking Industry products such as Burger Bun, Bread, pitta bread, cakes & muffins. I am currently associated from last 3 years with best baking industry in Pakistan- A. Rahim Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. (DAWN BREAD) is currently acting as brand leader in its respective sector as Quality control Officer. I have expertise in quality module of SAP S4HANA. I am currently working with quality standards certified with Regulatory body (Punjab Food Authority), FSSC 22000 V.5.1 , YUMS (FSA & QSA), SQMS (McDonalds), RBI (Restaurant Brands international) and SANHA (Halal CB). I am proficient in reduction of market complaints of HoReCa products.
