- Dealing post discharge patient for payment, billing issue and clearance of bill.
- Calling patients / guarantors for inpatient, ER & SDC dues below 10K cases.
- Maintain HRSG staff attendance record and hard copies sumbitted to HRSG office.
- Maintain collection staff daily fuel log and share to group.
- Circular daily Doctor Appoitment list of debtor patients.
- Sending dues and refund message to patient through D. track billing system.
- Maintain CNIC log on excel sheet for recording purpose.
- Preparing DVR report data T-1 basis and sent to supervisor.
- Prepare statements of multiple accounts of patients as per requirement.
- Attend phone call of customer for refunds, dues and billing issues.
- Working on IBMS as guided by supervisor for multiple reports.
- Maintain Stationary requirement of the section.
Education
Education:
HSC 2010 from Govt. Superior Science College, Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi.
SSC 2008 from Govt. Boys Secondary School, Board of Secondary Education, Karachi.
