Farwa Mumtaz

My name is Farwa Mumtaz. I am from Burewala.I recently graduated from the University of Government College University Faisalabad with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology. I had internship at Shalamar Hospital for 2 months as a Food Safety Officer in Food and Beverage Department. .

I did my internship at Shalamar Hospital for 2 months as a Food Safety Officer in Food and Beverage Department. During my time at the hospital, I was responsible for ensuring that all food served to patients and staff met the highest standards of safety and quality. This included conducting regular inspections, implementing protocols, and educating staff on best practices. I can apply my knowledge of HACCP principles , GMP and prerquisite  requirements within the context of developing safe foods for consumers as a Food Technologist.

I recently graduated from the University of Government College University Faisalabad with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology. With my 4 years of experience in the professional setting, I have improved my competence and professional skills.
