Experience

Worked for 3 years as customer services representative (operator) for UK Taxi companies. currently woking in a UK taxi company as an operator and a dispatcher. Handling all the messy drivers and jobs to be covered on time is such a difficult task. Receiving orders, booking a job and dispatch drivers and delivery boys in UK many cities is my job softwares used for such purposes are on my finger tips. Also handling an annoyed customer who‘ve just faced delay and sending them back happily is one of my speciality.

Education

Did my matriculation from high school and afterwards went to collage for higher studies, my studies are not completed but I’ve frozen my studies for some time.
