  • Assist Dean/Principal in his operational activities.
  • All academic correspondence related to Dean’s/principal’s office.
  • Assist during PM&DC and other regulatory bodies' inspections/Visits. 
  • Meeting management for college faculty & University Authorities.
  • Meeting management for different stakeholders.
  • Coordination with faculty, Staff, Students, and their parents.
  • Official correspondence with PM&DC and other Medical colleges, Universities via different modes of communication (telephonic, emails, letters, and SMS).
  • Liaison with the store department for the re-appropriation of approved budgetary items throughout the financial year.
  • Record keeping for all official correspondence.
  • Create close liaison with University Officers and other sections of University and college departments/sections.
  • Create external linkages for necessary college development.
  • Supervise the administrative routine activities throughout the institute.
  • Managing college different conferences and meetings.
  • To arrange and participate in the extracurricular activities in the institute
  • An active member of the sports committee.
  • Additional duties as a petty cash officer

Additional Duties as Petty Cash Management Officer:

Management of Petty cash account of Shifa College of Medicine, 

(maintining financial record, liaison with Acocurnt Department, setting all payments in the defined

 time period, cash reimbursement matters etc.
