With over 13 years of work experience, I am a senior chemist at SGS, a global leader in inspection, testing, and certification services. I have a strong background in chemistry, and a passion for conducting field and laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses. I am motivated by the mission of SGS to provide quality, safety, and sustainability solutions to a wide range of industries and sectors. In my current role, I am responsible for booking samples in LIMS, preparing reports for clients, and calibrating and maintaining lab equipment. I also coordinate with clients for the required quality of fuel, and provide cargo inspection services. I have developed proficiency in various LIMS and C CLASS data entry and reporting systems, such as PDO, BP, and Shell Oman. I have also managed the laboratory to blend gasoil, gasoline, and jet fuel, and performed analysis for clients. I have demonstrated my interpersonal and communication skills, as well as my attention to detail and accuracy, in these tasks.

With over 12 years of experience as a Senior Chemist at SGS Gulf Ltd. in Muscat, Oman, I have successfully conducted a wide array of experiments and tests in both field and laboratory settings. Proficiently utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample management and client reports, I have analyzed various petroleum products to exacting client specifications. My expertise extends to the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment, preparation of essential solvents, and coordination with clients to ensure stringent fuel quality standards are met. Additionally, I have provided essential cargo inspection services to ensure product quality during transport and storage. My proactive engagement in operations and client meetings underscores my commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results. Notably, I have managed lab operations for renowned petroleum trading companies, upheld rigorous quality parameters, and garnered permits for specialized high-pressure PVT sampling and sampling methods.

My educational background includes a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science along with a diploma and a Bachelor's degree in related fields. Moreover, I have completed my associate degree in Chemistry.
