A qualified Mechanical Engineer & 1st Class Boiler Certified, possessing 08 year experience in various aspects of maintenance of industrial machinery & equipment, site development, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, plant management, development, Fabrication and installation of heavy/ industrial equipment and machinery, seeking a bright career in the proper maintenance of machinery & equipment for smooth and trouble free operation of the plant.  Lead the maintenance team and manage all Mechanical Maintenance activities on both the Plant&Auxiliaries equipment.
 Participate in identifying relevant faults and recommend remedial actions.
 Provide specialist knowledge and expertise to my team for mechanical maintenance and trouble shooting.
 Ensure awareness and implementation of company’s safety rules during accomplishment of maintenance activities at plant.
 Participate in preparation of quality objective and targets and plans to achieve these targets.
 Develop, coach and train mechanical staff to use their full potential to maximize contribution of my team in achieving the sectional and company’s objectives and targets.
 Develop routine/preventive maintenance schedules for different plant equipment and ensure implementation of these schedules. 
 Plan, design and implementation of plant modifications.
 Preparation of scheduled maintenance/Overhauling plans, identify the resources and implement the plans for enhancing plant availability, reliability and efficiency.
 Participate in preparation and effective utilization of the annual maintenance budget
 To prepare a highly committed and motivated professional team to meet with the growing challenges of industrial modernization.
 Preparation of Daily generation and Fuel consumption report. Responsible to keep SFC in OEM designed normal range. 
 Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are achieved as per the contract in own responsibility area.
 To comply with all safety regulations including isolation, lock out and tag out.
  Responsible for maintaining the machines and auxiliary equipment in good conditions of cleanliness.
  Perform corrective and preventive action during the shift if any abnormalities observed and keep the Manager well informed.
 Have good knowledge of Lubricating oil, Fuel oil, Water and Additives used in the Power Plant.
 Should have good knowledge about Firefighting and Prevention system and be able to take necessary measures to isolate Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the incidence of fire.
 Should be well verse to start and stop Auxiliary diesel engine (Black start) during complete power failure/Black out to take the corrective action to prevent engine from Overloading.
 Communicate with subordinates and the Customer control room for Load Management.
 During Shift Maintain all records pertaining to operation and filling of Log books.
 To follow safety instructions and environmental aspects.
 In Pre Commissioning of 180 ton boiler following task performed by us,
a. Hydro test of boiler.
b. Boil out and steam out of boiler.
c. Flushing test of condenser line loop.
d. dry-out baking of boiler refractory.
e. oil flushing test of oil piping.
f. Flush out test of economizer, Boiler, De-aerator, condensate tanks and treated water tanks.
g. Positive and Negative pressure test of gas path.
