  • Leading the area with the portfolio of  Rs. 100 million. Leading 4 distributors in Lahore Zone. 
  • Management of 4 distribution setups in the area through a team of 4 Filed Managers and 20 Order bookers. 
  • Developing and executing area  sales plan:
  • Preparing annual volume targets and split it into monthly, weekly & daily basis. 
  • Setting and achieving targets.   Planning and monitoring
  • Conducting periodic performance reviews of the company's sales staff.
  • Sales force recruitment, training & annual appraisals / remuneration.
  • Elevating the performance of weaker brands by identifying problems, devising and implementing more effective merchandising, promotional and incentive programs.
  • Provide support to RSM in the implementation of sales policies at customer levels.
  • Provide support to RSM in the implementation of sales Strategies.
  • Monitor distributor’s achievement v/s targets and report variance to distributors on daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
  • First hand market information e.g. competitors activities & new product launch, product complaints, infringements etc.

Experience

  • A capable and enthusiastic professional with twenty Two years’ experience in sales management and business development with top FMCG & Electronic companies, having an outstanding track record of success and achievements.

Education

A Masters of Business Administration Degree (MBA) with specialization in Marketing from College of Business Administration-Lahore.
