About Afzal Jahangir:

  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Control and distribute the documents, Drawings, Submittals, Correspondences & Revision of documents upon request.
  • Control & Record of all the Technical & QA/QC Documents with Proper LOGs & Electrical files.
  • Distribute NCR & SOR to the Concerned Engineer / CM / PM.

  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.
  • Preparing the KPI Dashboard for Higher Management.
  • Following and improving document control procedures.
  • Producing document progress reports for senior managers.
  • Helping in the Planning Stages of a specific Project.
  • Preparing the KPI Dashboard for Higher Management.
  • Handling the Clearances (Between Civil & MEP)
