    The Position:

    The Perseus Operating Groupis seeking an energetic, independent, and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Trainee to join our team at our Contour office in Islamabad.

    As a trainee in our Learning & Development (L&D) department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our training and development initiatives. This hands-on position will provide you with valuable experience in L&D administration and project management. You'll work closely with learning and development team members and business partners to provide tools and training support for employees. This is a great opportunity to grow as a learning professional and you'll have tremendous support to help you succeed in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Your duties will include:

    Manage the L&D inbox, responding to inquiries and routing messages appropriately.

    Process training requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

    Provide support on diverse L&D projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of training activities.

    Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration tasks such as user management, course enrollment, and reporting.

    Qualifications/Skills

    A post-secondary education

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

    Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data relevant to training initiatives.

    Detail-oriented approach to tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision.

    Tech-savvy, particularly with Office 365 applications and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.

    Be proactive and eager to contribute and learn, ask lots of questions, and provide solutions.

    Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identifying, reviewing, and implementing process improvements.
