About Khizzer Pervaiz:
I have more than eleven years of experience in the fields of hospital administration, operation & management, medical staff affairs, business improvement strategies and deployment, budget management, and formulating strategies and policies for the improvement of the healthcare delivery system. I also have good knowledge, skills, and expertise in developing hospital-wide performance measures (statistical process controls), internal quality audits, and customer feedback/complaints to understand the outcome of the whole system.
As a healthcare leader, I can develop strong relationships with the healthcare providers/workers to accomplish the organizational strategic goals & hospital administration, operation & management, medical staff affairs, business improvement strategies and deployment, budget management, and formulating strategies and policies for improving objectives. I have also increased the revenue by making the healthcare process lean and the influx of renowned companies on the panel of hospitals.
I have the privilege of working for The Diabetes Centre (an NGO having donations) in the capacity of Administrator, where I learned valuable professional skills such as managing a not-for-profit healthcare facility and implementing quality improvement and patient safety strategies and tools. I have worked with esteemed healthcare facilities like Hameed Latif Hospital Lahore (as Addl. Medical Director), Shifa International Hospital (as Asst. Director MSA), and Riphah Health Services (as Medical Superintendent). During my career, as well as the successful execution of my core job, I also undertook and executed various initiatives and projects including Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, ISO 9001 certification, Licensing of Healthcare Establishments based on PHC’s licensing standards, and management of health records.
