ALMOIZ Industries, Part of large industrial group with over 50 years of history, is one of the most technologically advance and innovative sugar and steel manufacturers in Pakistan and the only company to produce sugar from both sugarcane and sugar beet 

DEPUTY MANAGER PROCUREMENT Responsibilities: 

1. Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies 

2. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships 

3. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms 

4. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services 

5. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries 

6. Examine and test existing contracts 

7. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness 

8. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company 

9. Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients

1- PROCUREMENT & STORE MANAGER (September, 2016 to February, 2022) 

Responsibilities: 

1. Select the suppliers who will provide quality products or services that the company needs at the right time and in the right quantity.

2. Visiting the supplier’s plant and distribution center for evaluating standards of manufacturing, storing, and shipping conditions working efficiently in order to meet for company’s demand

3. Analyzing the price proposals of suppliers and the financial reports of the company, before negotiating the best price. 

4. Collaborate with suppliers to come up with simple policies that will dictate product delivery details and other details that will keep workflows stable. 

5. Purchase all types of goods like as (Raw material, Electrical, Mechanical, IT etc.) 

6. Negotiations with suppliers and vendors for the best possible prices. 

7. Control procurement inventory and logistics. 

8. Reviewing the latest status of latest products and suppliers, market conditions, and emerging trends. 

9. Training the staff members’ for concerning the acceptable quality of the received goods, how to determine defective or unacceptable goods, and what actions to take in such cases. 

10. Keeping make sure that the vendors will respect their part of the contract. And, when needed, to make the required adjustments to the existing contracts. 

11. Developing store strategies, organizing deliveries, storage and dispatches of goods 

12.Supervise the deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely 

13. Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment. 

14. Control loading and unloading vehicles, accepting delivery, counting and confirming inventory 

15. Marking and labeling stock. 

16. Inspecting inventory for damage and faults and communicating errors to relevant parties 

 

2- ACCOUNTS & AUDIT OFFICER (August, 2011 to September 2016) 

1. Managing General Cash needs and expenses by successfully forecasting the receipts and Payments. 

2. Advising for the different Stock Levels by analyzing the historical data as per the working Capital requirement of company. 

3. Costing analysis and defining production procedures. 

4. Preparing of vouchers, bank reconciliation statements and preparation of daily and Monthly Bank/Cash position. 

5. Fixed Assets register maintenance, addition/deletion of assets, preparing Fixed Asset Schedule and depreciation schedule. 

6. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom Receive, unload, and shelve supplies 

7. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies 

8. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies record keeping 

9. Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses 

10.Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock Levels and maintain inventory control 

11.Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs. 

12. Production & Distribution Control. 

13. Checking factory dispatch and shops sales & expenses 

14. Audit of all vouchers related to Factory activities 

15. Branch Audit 

16. Working of Monthly Profit & Loss. 

17. Other related office issues like, Account reconciliation with customers and vendors. 

18. Payroll Matters along with preparation of monthly staff salary.

An Engineering Firm which provides complete solution to its customers in the fields of Process Automation ‘Industrial Solutions & Services’ and ‘Security & Safety Systems for Buildings & Industries’ by developing the required engineering expertise and services skills to achieve company’s business objectives. 

Accounts/Admin Executive (July, 2006 to July, 2011)

1 Over all in charge of Preparation of Cash, Bank, Journal Vouchers. 

2 Overall In charge of book keeping of transactions in computer software and preparation of Trial Balance.
