    Qualification: BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / Part ACCA/ ACCA/ Part CA

    Experience & Expertise:


    • Knowledge of Companies Act, PSX Rules Book and relevant Regulations is a must.


    • Having understanding of Corporate Actions, Share Registrar Services, and Corporate Affairs Department, is an essential part of the job.

    Ability to manage time and priorities appropriately
