    Position: Assistant Manager Field Services

    Grade:14

    Reporting to: Manager Field Services

    Department:Commercial Excellence

    Division:Established Pharmaceutical Division -EPD

    Location:Karachi – Landhi Plant

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for assisting and supporting the field personnel in achieving their desired results. Coordinate with field force, training, central and satellite depots, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods. Oversee the vehicle personal data updation timely, maintenance of vehicle information of entire field personnel, and close coordination with the Finance & Insurance company. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Amendments & Updation of Field force Data on SharePoint including appointment, resignation, transfers, etc
    • Preparation of Full & Final Settlement of resigned/termination of Field force
    • Hotel Reservation for new trainees and Sales Promotion Meeting
    • Raising requests for visiting cards for the Field force
    • Provide a list to the Materials department for the Field force Concur Account
    • Provide a complete list of vehicles to the Finance department for insurance purposes.
    • Coordination with the Finance and Insurance company for vehicle insurance claims for theft/stolen/accidental cases.
    • Preparation of a list of Vehicle loan
    • Submission of Bio-Metric request to obtain NOC/transfer.
    • Collection of Loan requests from Field force and submit the same to Payroll.

    Education/Knowledge & Experience:

    • Graduate, preferably MBA
    • 3-4 years relevant experience in Pharma or a relevant company in a similar capacity
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office
