Manager Tours Responsibilities 

• Maintaining positive relationship with vendors of direct travel and travel agencies such as Car rental, Hotels, Airlines, Group travelers & Individual travelers.

• Creating, optimizing and monitoring corporate travel policies.

• Negotiating preferred rates with travel agents, hotel sales team, and rent a car.

• Researching travel deals and evaluating price & services.

• Planning accommodations for group travelers and individual travelers booking flights, hotels and coordinating activities.

• Preparing and finalizing the traveler list according to requirements.

Revenue & Reservation Executive Responsibilities

• Develop & implement packages as per market condition in coordination with Director of Sales & Marketing and Revenue Manager.

• Making Budget for the year 2018 – 19.

• Analyze of market segments (Month to date – Year to date).

• Maintain Month End Report.

• Maintain Monthly Segment wise report.

• Maintain Month Wise Competition report.

• Maintain Monthly Source & Geographical report.

• Maintaining Lost Business report.

• Preparing 03- Months Forecast with Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available    Room (REVPAR).

• Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for newbusiness.

• Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly room occupancy forecast.

• Revenue management (yield management for the property) was also responsible for the reservations department, reporting to Director ofSales.

• Manage all Inventory system including online inventory.

• Check the online inventory on daily basis.

• Manage Room Rates Up’s and Down’s on all WEB portals (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia) in high and low period.

Karachi Marriott Hotel (Dec 2015 – Jun 2017)

Reservation Officer Responsibilities

• Handle all telephone calls and correspondence related to Reservationof rooms & ensures highest possible room occupancy with maximum Average Daily Rate.

• Constantly review the expected arrivals for the day to identify possible no- shows in order to maximize room utilization.

• Set the Selling Strategy for Sales, Reservations & Front Office.

• Fill all types of RFP’s (Request for Proposal).

• To effectively utilize the Global Distribution System (GDS) andCentral Reservation System (CRS).

• Coordinate with Corporate Company to generate business.

• Develop & promote packages as per market condition.

• Resolve guest problems promptly with close interdepartmentalcoordination and provide best availability service to achieve guestsatisfaction.

• Listening to customer requirements and presentingappropriately to make a sale.

• Handling Group Reservations, Room Inventory Management & review availability according to demand.

• Coordinates with different (front office, sales, guest relations, credit, accounts) personnel in all matters related to booking and guest request.

Reservations Supervisor Responsibilities

• Process and confirm room and Banquet reservations by mail, emails, telephone and fax.

• Excellent knowledge of Opera System PMS.

• Reconfirm blockings, ensures that correct rates and all otherinformation on blocking.

• Manage all enquiries and provide response within requiredtimeframe.

• Coordinates with reservations and front office, sales, guestrelations, accounts personnel all matters related to booking and guest request.

• Processes amendments, cancellations and updates in the systemaccordingly.

• Ensure all incoming business are answered as per hotelstandards and information received by fax is inputted and check constantly the incoming emails.

• Show complete product knowledge, understand rate structure andapply rate management.

• To spot check reservations made yesterday and check all VIP arrivals

• Ensure that correct rates and packages are attached in reservations.

• Recheck all reservations and group bookings day before prior to arrival.

• Maintain and develop accurate systems of reservation and attainhigh occupancy with a maximum ADR and highest standard of service to achieve highest guest satisfaction.

• Tele calls to potential customer for new business and gatheringmarket and customer information.

• Handling all queries inventory management and review availability according to demand.
