    ATC is a paper trading company with its principal warehouse located near Bilal Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

    Position: Bookkeeper

    Description:

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Bookkeeper at ATC and will include the following:

    • Manage and monitor all transactions, identifying mistakes and tallying all sale, purchase and payment entries
    • Ensure the smooth onboarding of the financial module on our ERP system
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with vendors and clients
    • Maintain and tally bank accounts balances
    • Audit financial transactions and documents
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
    • Routinely sharing and tallying ledgers with vendors and clients, and updating clients regarding due payments
    • Voucher and payment preparation
    • Maintain Ledgers and tally physical stock
    • Invoicing and billing
    • Data entry of payments and expenses
    • Payroll and salaries management
    • Chart of Accounts and item management on ERP

    Skills and qualifications required:

    • Experience with Accounting/ERP softwares
    • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
    • Ability to work independently and be flexible to work with different vendors and clients
    • Analytical skills
    • 1-2 years of experience
    • Experience in the Packaging and Paper Industry is a plus but is not mandatory
    • Proficient in using Whatsapp

    Benefits offered:

    • Salary range between Rs 37,500 – 45,000 depending upon qualification and experience
