Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methodsHost and participate in job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleHands-on experience with the largest job sites like Monster and IndeedKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Linked In, Facebook, Github and Stack OverflowFamiliarity with applicant tracking systemsStrong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsTeam spiritBSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant fieldJob Type:
