Experience

During my carrier, I have performed multiple  Business Operations activities; having supervised Administration, Human Resource, Operations, Account Management and Procurement departments in different organizations. I am accredited with a Master degree with specialization in Human Resources Management & Administration; complemented by over 10 years of progressive experience within Human Resource domain. 

My progressive experience within Human Resource Management has enabled me to develop strong organizational and leadership skills, increasing my communications skills and staff/client relation building capabilities. I served as primary point of contact for and liaison between management teams, personnel, clients and vendors. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and successfully handled several responsibilities simultaneously. Maintain excellent problem resolution abilities, legal matters and security, fleet management, official coordination, process improvements through operational workflow and procedure preparation and their implementation and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Within HR, I possess broad knowledge in a variety of sectors. Demonstrated experience initiating cost containment strategies resulting in significant savings. Excellent ability to address and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition, evaluation, retention and succession planning, proven skills in labor and employment law including complaint investigations to thwart legal actions.

I am currently residing in Karachi and flexible to relocate to other location. I would bring to your organization not only these skills, but also a positive, cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career.
