- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent from KSA, UAE, and UK, ensuring alignment with business objectives and diversity initiatives.
- Stay updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements in each region to inform recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and partnerships with local organizations, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and visa requirements in KSA, UAE, and UK, and provide guidance to hiring managers and candidates on relevant legal matters.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with international recruitment activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and diversity metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, particularly in KSA, UAE, and UK markets, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and local labor laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and online sourcing methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and generate insights.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
