Worked as Sr. Manager HR & OD of a large industrial group involved in the business of refined sugar, power export, steel, and textile. The group has four sugar mills, steel plant and a modern spinning unit located in the Punjab and KPK regions in Pakistan. 
The group also owns the largest Pepsi-Co franchise in the country.
